The MARAC Mentoring Program is seeking mentors, mentees, and peers for the next cycle! The MARAC Mentoring Program will continue to facilitate its regular mentoring cohorts which match two mentors with a small cohort of mentees. In addition to our traditional mentoring cohorts, for this cycle we are also offering the following alternative cohorts:

• Peer-to-peer cohort: This cohort will not include designated mentors, but is aimed to build peer support networks in the MARAC region.
• BIPOC archivists cohort: This cohort is designed to provide a unique, safe space for members of the BIPOC community to support each other.
